Current Coconut VA clients have first priority. After that, community applicants that have earned Getaway Credit can book. Remaining spots are open to the general entrepreneurial community.We will also use discretion to vet all applicants based on their reputation, revenue, and alignment with our values.If you are not selected for the first Getaway you apply for, you may be invited to join a future Getaway that caters to the experience and networking fit for empowering you in your current stage of entrepreneurship.

You can ask. We want to keep a very curated community. That means saying no to most requests. But if you have a plus one that would add value to our community, by all means just ask. Especially if you have an entrepreneurial spouse, there may be accommodations we can make. In the future, we will have Getaways that are plus-one inclusive. 

The details of the master class, office hours, getway, and rewards program are subject to change.While no material changes are expected to occur, we will certainly update this website and our offerings as we validate details with the final guest list and before we give the terms of service and collect payment.

Approved Plus-Ones are charged the base rate you qualify for.The only exception is that those who book King Bedrooms can bring a plus-one of just $750.

After we get a few dozen applications, we will interview promising candidates and narrow down the roster to a community of entrepreneurs that would most benefit from each other's association. Then, based on room preferences and booking order, we will reach out to selected individuals and extend an acceptance offer. If they choose to accept the invitation, they can reserve their spot by making full-payment by the date given in their acceptance email. If they turn down the offer, we will go the the next person on the list.
Once we have a fully house, we will email the remaining applicants to notify the status (along with the proposed dates for the next Getaway and how they can earn priority booking).
