About the Role

We are looking for a stellar Account Executive that can help us grow our business.

Our founders are currently running all of our sales efforts, so we want someone that we can trust to hop on sales calls for us and make sales.

The Account Executive we need would be responsible for fully understanding a client’s needs and determining whether we can meet those needs.

The Account Executive would oversee a team of 2-3 other Filipino remote workers to ensure our services are delivered on time, on budget, and up to the client’s standards.

Some duties an Account Executive is responsible for include:
- Communicating with clients and gathering information via Google Meet and email.
- Meeting with other executives to discuss clients’ project goals, progress, and outcomes
- Coordinating teams to meet project milestones- Assembling new teams to meet clients’ or businesses’ goals

Here are the skills/experience you need to be successful in this role:
- Experience with B2B sales, specifically with US clients
- Near-native English
- Very conscientious (organized, detailed, meticulous)
- Extremely responsive to all client communication
- Excited for a long-term position with a stable, fast-growing company :)

This is a full-time position, and we are looking for someone long-term! You will need to work US hours (MST or EST).

Compensation:$8-15/hr DOE ($1280-$2400/month) with healthcare benefits (AllCare), paid US holidays, and other benefits.

  • Memory: 8GB RAM (for both primary and back-up computers)
