Who can refer a client?
Anyone. Partners, clients, community members, friends, and supporters are all welcome to refer.
Who counts as a valid referral?
A valid referral is a new client who has not previously worked with Coconut and books through your link, uses your code, or mentions you during their call.
What services qualify for the referral reward?
Both Managed Talent subscriptions and Direct Hire placements qualify.
What happens if the client cancels before 90 days?
If the client cancels before 90 days, you will still receive the initial $300, but the remaining $700 will not be paid.
When and how do I get paid?
You receive $300 after your referral converts and $700 after 90 days of active engagement. Payments are processed via your preferred payout method once details are confirmed. If you’re an existing Coconut client, referral rewards can also be applied toward your Coconut invoice.
Is there a limit to how many clients I can refer?
No limit. Refer as many qualified clients as you’d like. Each successful referral earns its own reward. You’ll also earn $1,000 for every additional hire your referral makes. Same payout terms apply.
Do I need to be a Coconut client to refer someone?
No. You do not need to be a Coconut client to participate in the referral program.
