Who can refer talent?
Anyone. Community members, current Coconut talent, partners, and friends can all participate.
Who qualifies as a valid referral?
A valid referral is someone who applies using your referral code or full name and is not already in Coconut’s active talent pool. This means they are not currently engaged with a Coconut client at the time of application.
What roles are eligible for referral rewards?
All roles are eligible. This includes both Managed Talent and Direct Hire roles.
What happens if the talent leaves before 90 days?
If the talent leaves or the client cancels the engagement before 90 days, the initial $100 still applies, but the remaining $150 will not be issued.
When and how do I get paid?
You receive $100 when your referral is hired and $150 after 90 days of active engagement. Payments are processed via your preferred payout method once details are confirmed. If you are a current Coconut talent, referral rewards will be paid through payroll.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No limit. You can refer as many qualified professionals as you like. Each successful referral earns its own reward.
How will my referrals be tracked?
Referrals are tracked through Coconut’s internal systems. As long as your full name or referral code is added as the referral source during the application, you will be credited with the reward.
