How does the 40-hour free trial work?
Work directly with your matched talent for 40 hours to test communication, quality, and fit before you commit.
How long does it take to get matched?
You’ll receive your shortlist within 5–10 days. Specialized or niche roles may take longer. Once you’ve chosen a candidate and completed interviews, your trial can start right away.
Can I change or replace my talent later on?
Yes. If your needs change or performance dips, we’ll replace your talent at no additional cost.
Do you provide ongoing support after hiring?
Yes. A dedicated Client and VA Success Manager monitors performance, facilitates feedback, and ensures both sides are supported long-term.
What’s included in your management and payroll service?
We handle contracts, payments, compliance, productivity tracking, and full-suite benefits. You get one monthly invoice for everything.
Can I switch between part-time and full-time hours?
Yes. You can adjust your talent’s schedule as your needs evolve, with a minimum of 20 hours per week to maintain stability for the talent.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No long-term contracts. Managed Talent is a month-to-month subscription designed for flexibility and scale.
Can I buy out my talent?
Yes. Buyouts are allowed as long as the talent agrees. The buyout fee starts at $3,500 with flexibility based on hours, tenure, and subscription tier.

Our network spans the Philippines, Latin America, Eastern Europe, and beyond, giving you access to global professionals aligned with your goals.
